I started doing floors in 2003 for Hanks Floor Service. I was taught the proper techniques & appropriate process to tackle any hardwood floor project; from installation to the final coat.
I was taught that good customer service is one of the most important parts of this industry. We cater to the customer to create the end product that they desire.
I chose hardwood flooring as a career because I enjoy doing it and see customers reaction to the dramatic change. After gaining years of experience and moving here to Littleton, Colorado I chose to open up a service.
Our crew of three have 65 years of flooring experience. We also offer dustless sanding to keep your home clean and save hours worth of cleaning.

I'm pretty handy as I installed hickory hardwood myself but some things are best left to a quality professional. John & Jose installed a beautiful real hickory hardwood staircase. Their attention to detail is incredible. Everything from van to tools to workmanship is top-notch! I like seeing John get excited & teach me industry terms. They are super busy but I got lucky & was able to start in a few days. I will definitely use Acknowledged Hardwood Floors again to refinish older hardwood I installed more than a decade ago to fix my mistakes! He was the most knowledgeable and capable of the flooring specialists we consulted and was able to explain the entire process from start to finish prior to starting the work. He and the team we able to replace a leaking water valve and the damaged subfloor without delay and with excellent quality. The floor was 20 years old and required substantial prep work which he completed quickly, the dustless sanding was great, and the finish color and application was close to perfect! During the entire process, John and team were extremely professional and took great care to not damage the house. I would highly recommend Acknowledged Hardwood Floors.
